Nothing is saved without you
Every change goes through a card that you approve, and a local backup is made each time you approve one. The assistant also respects each user’s role: an Operator cannot change the technical setup, even through it.

What is sent to the AI service
A map of the active session, through the CUTTER SOFT servers:
- codes and descriptions
- the structure of the products
- the settings
- project numbers
What is never sent
This data stays on your computers:
- your login details
- the connector keys
- your company’s contact details
Unit prices and customer names: sent only if your question is about them.
What it does not do yet

These functions remain available in the software, for you to use.

Is CUTTER SOFT AI included?
CUTTER SOFT AI is included in every licence. It runs on rechargeable credits (offer on request). Nothing is saved without your approval.
Can the assistant change my data without me?
No. Every change goes through a card that you approve, and a local backup is made each time you approve one.
Which files can I attach?
Excel, CSV, column-based PDF, Word and plain text. When importing a customer’s quote, up to 500 lines go under a single approval card.
Do my prices and customers go to the AI service?
Only if your question is about them. The assistant sends a map of the session: codes, descriptions, window and door structures, settings, project numbers. Your logins, connector keys and company details are never sent.

Version 6.1 or later. To update CUTTER SOFT, install the latest version over your current one.
