1. Purpose
These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the CUTTER SOFT V6 PRO software (the “Software”), published by CUTTER SOFT (the “Publisher”). By installing or using the Software, you accept these Terms.
2. Licence to use
The Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Software, subject to payment of the applicable fee and compliance with these Terms.
- Each licence is limited to a defined number of machines (workstations)
- The licence key is personal and must not be shared
- Activation requires an Internet connection
3. Description of the Software
CUTTER SOFT V6 PRO is desktop ERP software for aluminium and PVC window and door professionals. It is used to configure closures and to manage products, systems, quotes and projects.
4. Google Drive feature
The Software offers an optional backup feature to Google Drive:
- This feature requires your explicit authorisation through the Google OAuth2 authentication process
- The Software only accesses the files it has created (scope
drive.file) - You can revoke this access at any time
- The Publisher is not responsible for the availability of the Google Drive service
5. Intellectual property
The Software, its source code, its interface and its documentation are the exclusive property of the Publisher. You may not:
- Copy, modify or distribute the Software
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software
- Circumvent the protection and licensing mechanisms
- Sub-license or rent the Software to third parties
6. User data
Your working data (configurations, products, quotes) remains your property. It is stored locally on your computer. The Publisher has no access to it. For personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is”. The Publisher makes every effort to ensure that the Software works properly but does not guarantee that it is free of bugs or interruptions. Under no circumstances shall the Publisher be held liable for:
- Loss of data resulting from improper use
- Indirect damage related to the use of the Software
- Unavailability of third-party services (Google Drive, licence server)
8. Support and updates
The Publisher provides technical support through the ticket system built into the Software. Updates are provided under the terms of your licence agreement.
9. Termination
The Publisher may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software and deactivate your licence at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
