Intellectual property and the CUTTER SOFT brand
The CUTTER SOFT name, logos, texts, screenshots and videos on this website belong to its publisher. Any reproduction, even partial, requires its written consent.
Personal data collected on the website
The website has three forms:
- the demo request form: name, city, phone number and type of business;
- the “More information or a quote” form: name, company (optional), city, phone number and message;
- the trial download form, on the download page: name, company, phone number and email address.
This data is used only to contact you again about a demo, an offer, a quote or your trial. It is sent by email to our team and is never sold or passed on. The purpose and your rights are set out under each form.
To protect the forms against automated submissions, the server keeps some technical data (submission counters, single-use tokens) for a few hours, without your name or number, then deletes it.
Conversations on WhatsApp, by phone or by email stay with CUTTER SOFT and with the service used (WhatsApp, owned by Meta, for WhatsApp messages).
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct and object to the use of your data: write to contact@cutter.ma.
Cookies
The website only measures its audience with your consent:
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): pages viewed and clicks on buttons, to improve the website. It only loads after you click “Accept”.
- Advertising (Meta pixel): only on our campaign page, and only after your consent.
Three technical items are kept in your browser, without any consent needed: cs_consent, your cookie choice (kept for 6 months), cs_langue, the language you chose for the website, and cs_telechargement, which remembers that you have already filled in the download form, so that later downloads (updates) start straight away. It holds only its date, none of the form data, and stays until you clear this website’s data in your browser.
Managing your choices
You can change your mind at any time: the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page opens the settings again. Refusing is as easy as accepting.
External content: YouTube and WhatsApp
YouTube videos only load when you click play, from youtube-nocookie.com. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a ready-made message: nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
